Co-Op Info

BAREIS Primary key service allows access to lockboxes in Sonoma, Solano, Napa, Mendocino and Marin counties only.

Co-op Key access allows you to use your current BAREIS eKEY to open lockboxes in other MLS service areas that participate in the NorCal MLS Alliance data share, such as MetroList, San Francisco, Bay East, MLSListings, and others. This is a convenient option if you’re listing or showing properties in a neighboring market and want to avoid joining multiple MLSs.

Co-op Instructions

Important! - You must have an active BAREIS eKEY to be eligible to co-op for another area.

Contact a participating MLS/ Association that covers the area where you need lockbox access.
Obtain their co-op key application and determine the cost and any programming requirements.
Complete the co-op key application and pay the applicable Co-Op Key fee to that MLS/ Association.
Your key will be programmed by that MLS/Association to access their lockboxes and it’s ready for use in the expanded area!
