1. Properties to
be submitted for the tour must be entered into the BAREIS MLS Rapattoni system
no later than 10:30 a.m. the day before the tour. Specifically,
the listing entry must include the tour information. Please
advise sellers the tour hours are 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
2.
Only real estate professionals may promote a listing on tour and
must be present to pitch the listing, or it will be removed from
the tour.
3.
Properties
may not be submitted for tour more than once every 90 days
unless there has been a change in the listing broker, or a
significant change has taken place in the condition or
presentation of the property.
4.
The Tour List will be pulled from Rapattoni using Sebastopol,
which is MLS area code B0800. If your listing is outside that
code but you would like to have it included as optional, please
contact the host office.
5. Listings
entered after 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday may be added at the meeting,
but they must be in the system.
A tour list
with summary will be provided at the meeting by the host company
