Every Tuesday at 8:30am - 9:30am. Arrive at 8:00am to distribute
flyers.
The tour alternates between the West and East areas of
Santa Rosa (Oakmont included in East tour). Use the appropriate
MLS area codes.
Agents are requested to be in person to pitch their
listings. We do not tour together, but go out individually. Open
house hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 P.M. Agents don't need to be
at the home being toured. Cost: $7.00 (cash only) for a light
continental type breakfast. |

Guest speaker ideas or monthly sponsor- ship should be
addressed to Mike Kelly, CRS at (707) 206-4507. Do not call Mike for
directions on how to "load" the listing into MLS. He doesn't do that!

| How: |
Tours should be broker loaded
no later than 4 pm Monday OR submitted to BAREIS by 12 Noon the MONDAY
before the tour. To enter a tour the listing must already be entered into the
MLS database. Click on LISTINGS > View/Revise Your Listings, click on the icon
(pen & notepad) next to the listing number and select Broker Tour Dates
from the
Revise Listing screen. Enter the appropriate date and information and then click
on Submit. To check to make sure that the tour was scheduled correctly click on
SEARCH > Broker Tours and enter the appropriate date, county and area and click
on Submit. The listing should appear in the search results.
Listings can only appear on tour once every 90 days or with a 10% price
reduction.
East - *B0200 N/E Santa Rosa, B0400 S/E Santa Rosa and B1600
Oakmont.
West - *B0100 N/W Santa Rosa and B0300 S/W Santa Rosa.
