at the Lucchesi Community Center 320 N. McDowell. Door
fee is $5.00, which includes tour sheet and a hot breakfast. |

alternate between Speaker, and Marketing Sessions. Our meeting
objective is to assist in generating business and transactions
with a fun environment of Networking, Marketing, and Education
of business and community. |

How: |
The Petaluma
Brokers’ Tour homes are broker loaded through the BAREIS MLS,
and must be On Market and Active by
9 a.m. the Tuesday preceding the tour date. No exceptions – no add-ons. To confirm that your
property has been loaded successfully run a Brokers’ Tour
search.
Agent or
their representative must be present at the brokers’ meeting and
at the property for the duration of the tour.
Following the tour, a home may be available to view as
no-host (Agent Self tour) if announced at the tour meeting, or
specified in the broker tour comments. A lockbox is required to
have a home scheduled as no-host.
A
property may not be repeated for 90 days following
initial tour date unless it's been relisted with a different
company. |

Cell Phones – If the meeting is interrupted you will be asked for
one of two options: A song, or $50 in the name of PCR
Charitable causes.
Petaluma
Chapter of Realtors board meeting is at 8:30 a.m. on the first
Friday of every month at the Bank of the West on Petaluma Blvd.
