Listings must
be entered into BAREIS MLS Broker Tour no later than 12 p.m. on
Wednesday to be included on the Thursday Brokers Tour.
Properties
outside of the boundaries of Stony Point Rd. to the west, Todd
Rd. to the north, Petaluma Hill Rd. to the east, and Railroad
Ave. to the south will not be included.
All listing
agents or their substitutes will be present at the caravan
meeting and will caravan all properties on the schedule. The
agent holding the home open for caravan shall be the person to
open the door at the designated time. No exceptions.
Houses are
toured in caravan style. Listing agents are required to view all
properties on caravan.
Listing
