Association of Realtors MLS Breakfast is moving for the month of
July & August.

Beginning
July 2nd, and for the entire month of July, the weekly
MLS Meeting will be held at the
Solano Association of REALTORS
offices.
The
weekly Marketing Session with breakfast is held every
Wednesday
from 8:00 a.m. (networking), 8:30 a.m. (meeting) to 9:30 a.m. for a $5.00 charge.
There is
additional parking at the Tabernacle of David on Lincoln
Rd.,
1100 Lincoln Rd. East, Vallejo, 94591. This is one block from
the Association offices. If coming East on 80 take the Springs
Rd. exit, at the Lincoln Rd. stop sign turn left and go under
the freeway. The Tabernacle of David parking lot is on the
right. If coming West on 80, exit Springs Rd. go over the
freeway, turn right towards Sacramento, at Lincoln Rd. turn
right and go under freeway, Tabernacle of David parking lot is
on the right. You are welcome to park in the Solano Association
of Realtors parking lot. Please do not park in the marked spaces
for staff and president. There is also street parking all around
the Association.

Agents must add listings to the tour by way of
the “Broker Tour” feature on the Rapattoni system. The
Association will then pull the tour list at NOON the Tuesday
before the tour date.
Agents
must be at the Weekly Marketing Session to announce the
property's availability or it will
be deleted from the tour list.
Once the tour has been called, those not present will have their
properties deleted from the tour and not added back on.
Please do not be
late.
Please advise
the property owners that Realtors (Agents) will be touring their
home from 9:30 am until noon. Although this is not a caravan
tour, houses are routed according to Area; every agent is
responsible for the security and safety of the homes. Please
make sure homes are locked after touring.
