The Napa County tour is a Napa Chapter of North Bay
Association of REALTORS® event and BAREIS
MLS® does not
take any responsibility in the operation or arrangement of the
meeting.*
Every Thursday at 8:30
AM. The listing agent or their representative must be present by 8:45
am for
caravan roll call or their property will be scratched from the list.
The morning tour is scheduled as a single tour lasting
two hours if there are 18 or less properties.
If there are 19
or more properties, the tour is divided into two halves of 1-1/2
to 1-3/4 hours each, depending upon the number of properties.
The tour starts at 9:30 am.
1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month: Napa, Yountville
2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month: Napa, Lake Berryessa,
Circle Oaks

north of Yountville are viewed on the
North
County
(Up Valley) Tour

American
Canyon
are toured separately, twice a month. To schedule your property

In order to
have a property on Caravan, the listing agent must be a member
of the Napa Chapter or pay a caravan guest fee. Non-members may
bring a check for $20 made out to NorBAR Napa Chapter to the
Caravan meeting. This $20 fee
entitles guests to place properties on the Napa Caravan for the
remainder of 2008.
