Fee charged if payment is not received by the due date. This fee is on a per

BAREIS Staff-Loaded Listing $

Profile sheets submitted to BAREIS staff for inclusion in the multiple listing database.
Listing will be maintained by staff until either the property sells or the listing
expires. A fee will be billed quarterly.
Status Change/Listing Change
(broker-loaded listing only) $ 5.00
If BAREIS staff makes a change to a Broker Loaded listing, a fee will be
billed quarterly.

Additional Photos $ 3.50
First photo is free, additional photos loaded by BAREIS staff will be
