Schedule of Classes and Course Descriptions

BAREIS will allow new licensees who are awaiting receipt of their real estate license from the Department of Real Estate to join BAREIS on a “pending status,’’ so they can complete the required training and orientation prior to receiving their license. (The Association of REALTORS in the region issue and support the SUPRA lockbox system. Non-licensed members will not be issued keypads by the Associations.)

BAREIS training classes are free of charge. Seating is limited and priority is given to those with reservations. "Walk-ins" will not be admitted. Class reservations are secured by credit card and a $40 cancellation fee will only be charged to your credit card if you fail to attend the class or cancel less than 24-hours in advance of the class date. As a courtesy to others, students more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed in the classroom and will also forfeit the reservation deposit. The minimum class size is five. In the event of a class cancellation due to a lack of participation, members registered for the class will be notified by phone the afternoon before the scheduled class.
