BAREIS/Rapattoni MLS System

To log-on to the BAREIS MLS database enter in the following URL in the Address bar of Internet Explorer: http://norcalmls.rapmls.com/.

Your Agent ID number (found on your quarterly statement)
Your Password (passwords are case sensitive)

Example:
Agent ID    B0666
Password    toppro11

For first time users you will be asked to register your Secure Logon Token. After registering your token, each time you access the MLS you will be asked to enter your token code. Please note the following information for use of the token:

If you find your token has become suspended, lost or is malfunctioning, you will need to contact BAREIS directly (or the MLS from whom you received your token). The techs at the Rapattoni Call Center do not offer tech support for the Secure Logon Tokens, only support for the functionality of the MLS database. 

To prevent your token from becoming suspended, please note the following tips:

• Do not enter in a wrong token code 3 consecutive times as this will suspend the token.

• The token displays a 6-digit code. Do not enter any spaces between the digits.

• It’s a good rule of thumb to view your token in adequate lighting, holding it at an angle so that no shadows or glare distorts the 6-digit code.

• The token refreshes every 60 seconds and displays a new 6-digit code. When the new code appears, 6 bars will display to the left of the code. Each bar represents 10 seconds, so when you get down to 1 bar or no bars you may want to wait until the new code appears.

• When typing in the token code, be sure to hold the token so that the RSA logo is on the left side of the token.

• If you’re a member of another MLS that uses a token that looks similar to BAREIS token, it’s a good idea to mark the token, in an inconspicuous manner, so as not to use the wrong token to access the wrong MLS.
