Rapattoni MLS System Training Schedule for 
August 2008

Training classes are held at BAREIS - Marin satellite office (just a few steps away from the Marin Association of REALTORS) at 55 Mitchell Blvd., Suite 9, San Rafael.

BAREIS requires all new members be scheduled to complete the Orientation to BAREIS MLS & Introduction to Rapattoni. BAREIS training classes are free of charge. Seating is limited and priority is given to those with reservations. "Walk-ins" will not be admitted. Class reservations are secured by credit card and a $40 cancellation fee will only be charged to your credit card if you fail to attend the class or cancel less than 24-hours in advance of the class date. To cancel a class reservation, please contact Mary Ann Jacobs at 415-472-1778. As a courtesy to others, students more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed in the classroom and will also forfeit the reservation deposit. The minimum class size is eight. In the event of a class cancellation due to a lack of participation, members registered for the class will be notified by phone the afternoon the day before the scheduled class.

To secure a seat and computer in a MLS training class, please click on the button below to make a reservation. After registering for class you will receive an e-mail confirmation notice.

You must bring your Secure Logon Token to class in order to access the MLS database.

 Please do not bring any food or beverages to class. Only bottled water with a cap is permitted.
Direction to BAREIS - Marin office: Take the 101 Freeway and exit at Lucas Valley/Smith Ranch Rd. and head east. Turn right on Redwood Highway and then left onto Mitchell. The BAREIS office is on the left.
