Billing Procedure

• Service fees are billed quarterly and invoices are mailed a month in advance of the due date. There is no grace period beyond the due date

• The rate that BAREIS is charged by the vendor of the MLS database system is based on the number of members with access. In order to determine what BAREIS is charged, an accurate number of subscribers is needed prior to the beginning of the quarter

• Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, and Visa or MasterCard

• Payments can be mailed in the envelope provided with your statement or in person at one of six BAREIS Service Centers

• You can also check your account balance and pay online at a secure site with your Visa or MasterCard by logging-in to the Rapattoni system and clicking on LINKS > Links & Documents > Click Here to Pay BAREIS Statement.  Please note that inactive accounts cannot be paid online

• Visa and MasterCard payments can be made by fax accompanied by a Credit Card  Authorization form found on BAREIS.com > Member Forms

• You can also set up automatic payment billed directly to your Visa or MasterCard by submitting a Quarterly Credit Card Authorization form found on BAREIS.com

• Information on payment terms is available on the reverse side of your invoice

If you do not receive your statement, please check with BAREIS accounting department before the due date to see if we have your accurate mailing information.
