Reciprocal Listing Program
Through the California
Master MLS Reciprocal Agreement, listings that are not within BAREIS service region
may be entered into a cooperating MLS for a fee. This enables brokers and agents
to market their listings in areas outside of BAREIS service region. Not all MLS's participate in
the California
Master MLS
Reciprocal Agreement. BAREIS involvement in the program only allows a listing to
be loaded into a participating MLS’s database; it does not give access to their
database. A nominal fee is charged, and the fee is determined by each individual
participating MLS.
