1. Enter
your listing into the BAREIS MLS database (you must have an MLS number).
2. Check the list below
to see if there is a Reciprocal Agreement with the desired area.
3. Contact
BAREIS data entry department at 707-575-8000 and ask BAREIS to fax or
e-mail you the participating MLS’s
Listing Input forms. You must completely fill out the
participating MLS's input forms in order to avoid any delay in data
entry. You will then need to mail or fax to BAREIS the
following:
a. The
participating MLS completed input forms
b. Payment (see the list below)
c.
A
printout of your listing from BAREIS MLS database
4. After
the completed forms have been received, BAREIS will forward them to the
participating MLS with a transmittal
letter.
5. The
participating MLS will send you a confirmation listing printout. It takes
approximately 2-3 business days for the
listing to appear on the participating MLS's database.
6. Changes to
the listing must first be made in the BAREIS MLS database. Then the
participating MLS's Listing Change
form needs to be faxed to BAREIS data entry department.
