IDX Opt-In List

To view a list of brokerages/brokers that have signed an agreement to opt-in to the IDX (Internet Data Exchange) program click on the link(s) below. Only listings of brokers that have agreed to participate in the plan may be displayed on IDX Internet sites.

No broker may participate unless they have opted-in to the program. Agents may not participate unless the broker has signed a written agreement to participate. Listings belong by law to the broker. Displaying listings of brokers without their written permission to do so is a violation of Rule 13.3 and subject to a $100 fine per listing.
