Rapattoni is available for tech support by calling 1-866-730-7114. Listen to the menu, and then choose the appropriate number that correlates to your question. When asked, give the Support ID 3719.

Questions can also be e-mailed to Rapattoni technical support at MLS@rapattoni.com. When e-mailing Rapattoni be sure to include the Support ID 3719.

Remember, when asking for technical assistance to be very specific. Be sure to state the nature of your problem and specify the function in which you’re experiencing difficulty – Quick Search, Standard Search, Hotsheet, Prospects, CMA, etc. If your question is specific to a particular property, be sure to include the MLS number as well as the street address, city and county. Always include your complete name, company name and phone number in your correspondence and/or phone message.
